The Hotel Wetterhorn is on the road to the Grosse Scheidegg, approx. 10 minutes’ drive from Grindelwald railway station.

You can park for free in the hotel car park during your stay.

In summer, for your entire stay, you can travel for free on the Grindelwald – Hotel Wetterhorn – Grosse Scheidegg – Schwarzwaldalp – Meiringen bus route.

Travelling here by car

From the north

Follow the road through the village until you reach the church, then turn left following signs for “Oberer Gletscher”, approx. 3.5 km from the church

Travelling here by train

From Basel SBB railway station

Get off at Grindelwald station, then take bus number 12 “Oberer Gletscher” until the end of the line.

We are also happy to pick you up from the station with the hotel bus.
